"I added a few links with no reciprocal URL, but when I click 'Check Reciprocal Links' in my admin, Reciprocal Manager tells me all links are fine even though these sites have not linked back."
"How do I add a link?"
-- In your admin, click the "Add A Link" link and fill-in the form details. If you do not have a "Reciprocal URL" yet, check the "Do Not Check Reciprocal URL" box. Then when you do have the "Reciprocal URL" (where your link can be found on that particular link partners site), simply fill-in the "Reciprocal URL" field and click the "Update" button. This will tell RM to monitor this link.

"What is the difference between the link title and site title?"
-- Link titles are a little different because they are used when you hover over the site title (hover a link already in your directory). This text can be the same for both. And the link title is used by some search engines.

"Can you suggest a way for me to find websites to exchange links with?"
-- The way I find websites to exchange links with is by using the reciprocal link directories listed in the RM members area. Since those websites are listed in reciprocal link directories, you know they're interested in exchange links.

"I have Reciprocal Manager version 3 installed. I'm trying to submit my link to a reciprocal links directory also manitained using RM3 (or higher) using the 'Get Info' method. However, I keep receiving an error. What am I doing wrong?"
-- Be sure to enter the URL to your directory home page in the "Get Info" field. For example, if I wanted to use the "Get Info" method to retrieve my linking info from my reciprocal links directory, I would enter my URL in the space provided as follows: http://reciprocalmanager.com/partners/

"Is there any way to set up Reciprocal Manager so that someone submitting their link doesn't have to have a reciprocal link set up yet."
-- No, they need to have your link on their site before they're allowed to submit their link. I'll look into making this optional in the next version ;o)

"I added a few links with no reciprocal URL, but when I click 'Check Reciprocal Links' in my admin, Reciprocal Manager tells me all links are fine even though these sites have not linked back."
-- If you added these links without a "Reciprocal URL" then you would have needed to check the "Do Not Check Reciprocl URL" box (otherwise RM would not let you add the link). In these cases, RM would not check these sites because you basically told it not to. Once you provide a "Reciprocal URL" and click the "Update" button for any of these type of links, the "Do Not Check..." feature will be disabled and RM will now begin monitoring this link.
